Our current turn around time is 1-3 business days. If you need your order urgently, please choose VIP order processing and we put you at the front of the line for processing. Most of the time choosing VIP order processing will allow us to send you a proof within 1 business day (not guaranteed during busy holidays)

PROOF GUIDELINES

  • Proof revisions are only for the pet drawing itself, not the background, text, or selections chosen on the product page.

  • Unfortunately, revisions do not allow complex requests such as birthmarks, clothing, accessories like hats or bandanas, or pet positioning. We offer commissioned Pet Portraits that allow full control and all requests are allowed. If you are interested in this, please click here.

  • The first proof will be provided within the 72 hours of placing your order. We request that you respond within 48 hrs to give approval or revision notes. If no response is heard after this time period, we reserve the right to approve the artwork or cancel your order without refund. We aim to get any revisions requests back to you within 24-48 hours.

  • If you chose VIP order processing, the first revision will be provided within 12-48 hours. If no response is received, we reserve the right to approve or cancel the order without refund.

  • The pet will be illustrated according to the image provided. For example, if the dog is looking to the right, we will draw it looking to the right. If the dog is smiling, the dog will be smiling in the illustration.

  • The pet will be illustrated half-body, without collar or leash. If you would like for it to be included, please leave a note and we will try our best to do it.

CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

We only accepts requests for cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order. We don't offer cancelations past 1 hour is because our team is likely working on your custom illustration after that time.


If you'd like to change anything about your custom portrait, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure to include it in your proof.


We do not limit revisions because we want you to have the the perfect piece for your home or gift.
