Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to place specific photos on specific cubes but we assure you that the cubes will be arranged randomly to ensure that each PopBox is unique and special. 

If you haven't placed the order yet, you can rename the file names first before uploading to the website with numbers from 1-8 to arrange the photos in the desired order.

Currently, we do not offer the option to select specific confetti colors unless you are looking for something custom that usually comes with volume (please get in touch with our Customer Care team if so). Otherwise, the confetti colors are selected by default depending on the design of the envelope.

We're sorry, but the contents of our Gift Boxes cannot be modified or substituted. However, we strive to include high-quality and thoughtful items in our Gift Boxes that we think your recipient will love. (Contents are subject to change without notice)

If you ordered multiple of the same designs, to help you identify each PopBox, we attach a cutout to the envelope with a preview of four photos with your personalized message. This will allow you to easily distinguish what's inside each envelope. Just make sure to remove the cutout before gifting the PopBox!
