PopBox 14-Day Happiness Guarantee

Our mission at Make It Mine is to create 1 million special moments through our unique personalized products. If the person you gift our PopBox to doesn't enjoy our product, we'll refund you the product price. All you have to do is send us a video of your recipient opening the PopBox and not enjoying it and we'll refund you the full cost of the product. Your 14-day Happiness Guarantee starts when you receive your PopBox. If you send us your video past the 14 day period, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Make sure to have your phone or recording device ready when they open, so you can have the video to submit to us in case they don't enjoy our product.

Our happiness guarantee DOES NOT cover INCORRECT USE of our PopBox. Please instruct your recipient to pull the release tab inside the envelope for the best experience.
