1. PROOF
First proof is provided in 24-48 hours. Approve the illustration or request revisions. If we don't receive a response, it will automatically be approved in 72 hours.

2. *If Applicable* REVISIONS
Additional charges may apply. Revisions are sent in 24 - 48 hours. Approve the illustration or provide new revision requests.

3. ORDER IS SHIPPED
If your photo doesn't meet our image guidelines, we will reach out to you for a new photo. We add finishing touches, print, package, then ship your order in 1-5 business days.
